WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Solenis, a leading global provider of water treatment, process and hygiene solutions, has appointed Brendy Lange as Chief Business Officer, Americas.

In this role, Lange will lead all sales, marketing and technology operations across North America and Latin America. He will focus on accelerating growth, strengthening customer engagement and expanding the Solenis brand in water and hygiene markets.

Lange joins Solenis from the Dow Chemical Company, where he most recently served as Divisional President of Performance Materials and Coatings, a business generating approximately $9 billion in annual sales. Before that, he served as Vice President of Industrial Solutions, leading a global business serving pharmaceutical, cleaning, food and energy markets. Throughout his career, Lange has held leadership positions spanning commercial operations, strategy, business development and global management.

“Brendy is an accomplished global business leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, transforming organizations and delivering results,” said Solenis CEO John Panichella. “His deep experience across commercial leadership, strategy, operations and innovation makes him uniquely qualified to lead our Americas group and help advance our business objectives. As we continue to deliver value for customers and expand our market leadership, Brendy’s expertise will be instrumental in positioning Solenis for long-term success.”

Lange brings more than two decades of leadership experience across global markets. During his tenure at Dow, he led major business transformations, commercial growth initiatives, key portfolio actions and large-scale operational improvements. He also served in Dow’s Office of the Chairman and CEO, where he played a significant role in corporate planning and high-level transactions.

“Solenis operates at the critical intersection of water stewardship, essential hygiene and operational efficiency, making this a pivotal time to join the leadership team,” Lange said. “What distinguishes Solenis is the combination of on-site technical expertise and digital monitoring capabilities with industry-leading innovation. This creates a distinct platform for partnering closely with customers to safeguard human health, protect vital resources and improve operational performance. I look forward to working with John and the broader Solenis team to deepen customer partnerships and accelerate the company’s next phase of sustainable growth.”

Lange earned an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
