CAIS, the leading alternative investment platform for independent financial advisors, today announced the continued growth and expansion of its platform offerings through CAIS Capital Markets. Integrated with the broader CAIS platform, CAIS Capital Markets brings together structured investments, trade execution, portfolio hedging solutions, and managed strategies. The momentum comes as advisors increasingly seek new ways to generate income, manage risk, and address specific portfolio objectives.

In the first half of 2026, activity across structured investments and portfolio hedging solutions increased 93% year over year. This increase reflects advisor demand for defined yield, strategies designed to manage downside risk, and support liquidity needs around concentrated equity positions. The platform has also expanded to include access to new issue equity offerings and ETFs managed by third-party asset managers.

“CAIS has been building capital markets solutions for advisors for well over a decade, and what we’re seeing today is that experience compounding. This expansion reflects the trust advisors have placed in our platform,” said Marc Premselaar, Partner, Head of Capital Markets at CAIS. “That trust is earned by pairing experience with advisor education, streamlined technology, and execution capabilities.”

That pairing of experience and capability now extends to outcome-oriented ETFs. This year, CAIS has supported advisor education and access around autocallable income ETFs from Schroders and REX Shares, broadening the implementation options available alongside individual structured notes.

“Market volatility and changing interest-rate expectations have created uncertainty for clients across a range of needs, from managing concentrated positions to generating income to accessing new opportunities,” said Matt Matrisian, President of Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC (SEIA). “Through CAIS Capital Markets, we can access investment strategies designed to diversify portfolios and manage risk while maintaining exposure to potential market opportunities.”

CAIS will host its fifth annual CAIS Summit in Beverly Hills, October 12–15, 2026, bringing together more than 1,200 financial advisors, asset managers, and industry leaders. CAIS Capital Markets will be featured as part of the programming, which spans alternative investments, capital markets, geopolitics, artificial intelligence, sports, media and entertainment, and aerospace and defense.
